		<description><![CDATA[Methab and Guru Karam Benton were awesome teachers, and awesome people.  Very knowledgeable, very friendly, and although we worked &#8220;hard&#8221; (in a Kundalini Yoga sort of way) we had fun too.  And you&#8217;ve never lived if you haven&#8217;t been &#8220;gonged&#8221;.  What an amazing experience &#8212; the gong meditations are like nothing I&#8217;ve ever experienced before.
