Class Registration
Class Registration and Management
system developed by RabBoar is a web-based class lists and registration, which
is linked to a database for class management, rosters and attendance reporting.
The Web application
includes the following:

Listing of classes offered with
pertinent information |

Attendee personal
login with password

After
logging in, the attendee can register for a class or add his/her name to
a waiting list if the class is full |

Attendee’s list of classes attended and/or currently signed up

Current class roster so attendees can arrange group transportation

monthly calendar showing classes for the month is also available |

adding an attendee who is on the waiting list to a class if a spot
become available, automatically notifying the attendee that they have

Adjust fees/payments and credits for attendees and invoice

Printing of rosters and sign-up sheets |

Printing in-service hours for

Exporting statistical data to MS Excel™ |
As you can see, you no longer have to enter the class
roster information – the attendees register “on-line” and they appear
automatically in the database for printing rosters, billing and statistical
information.
